Artist Philippe Charmet found his home in Salmo, BC, Canada, in 2018. Driven by his deep passion for showcasing the innate beauty and vibrancy of wood through exceptional craftsmanship and distinctive designs, he established Emotions in Wood, an artisanal wood shop, in 2019.

At Emotions in Wood, the focus is on creating products that resonate with our spirits. Philippe transforms woods like maple, cherry, walnut, birch and others into artistic, sensual and practical objects.
